Postgraduate studies:
Postgraduate study is study to a level that is higher than a first
degree. A Masters programme will take one or two years full-time study
to complete, while a Doctoral programme will take at least three
further years.Universities charge fees for all their postgraduate programmes to cover the cost of tuition and the use of the university’s study facilities, such as the library or the IT network. The postgraduate fees are decided by each university, but most are close to the recommended figures that are published each year by the government.
